Roode Vallei is well known as a conference venue that is surrounded by nature, yet close to Pretoria. With zoned electrical fencing as well as 24 hour on-premises security, the Lodge is also equipped with power back-up and microwave telecommunications.

Eight Conference Rooms, named after birds that frequent the sanctuary, range from 48m² to 221m². These are equipped with air-conditioners, screens and standard conferencing equipment.

In-house professional conference coordinators, specific conference equipment as well as tailor-made outdoor team building activities, are available to all corporate groups.

RATES

Day Conference Package @ R340.00 per person includes:

Tea & coffee on arrival with home-made muffins
Mid morning tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice served with sweet & savoury snacks
Buffet luncheon served between 12h00 &14h00 consists of a varied selection of country style cooking that differs each day
Mid afternoon tea, coffee & fresh fruit juice served with home-made biscuits.
The use of the conference room from 07h00 to 18h00
Set-up with standard equipment including overhead projector; flipchart with paper & pens; whiteboard with pens; TV & VHS; writing pens and pads per delegate
Bottled water and peppermints
In the event of the conference room being used after 18h00, a surcharge of R100.00 per person will be levied.
