• Standard equipment in the conference venue: white board, flip chart, TV and VHS, writing pad and pen for each delegate
• Tea and coffee on arrival with homemade muffins for delegates not sleeping over
• Mid morning tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice with sweet and savory snacks
• Buffet lunch (between 12h00 and 14h00)
• Mid afternoon tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice with homemade biscuits
• In the event of the conference venue being used after 18h00, an additional R150 per person will be levied
